The Four Officers and their dutes
President
As founder of WREN, Cindy Webb will act as president. She will be responsible for member communications including, but not limited to, e-mails, website, meetup.com, etc. She will assist in maintaining the website. Cindy must give final approval on all changes and decisions affecting WREN.
Secretary/Treasurer
The secretary/treasurer is responsible for collecting dues and keeping an accounting of all moneys. She will report directly to the President on a monthly basis and to the membership in May at the end of WREN’s fiscal year.
She is responsible for membership records, maintaining a group directory, and keeping track of monthly attendance. She will keep notes on each meeting, provide them to the Public Relations Coordinator for posting on the website, and maintain a list of past speakers and topics.
Membership Chairman
The Membership Chairman will provide networking books to all members upon payment of dues. She will maintain a book with current information on all members and make sure that the information is available at each meeting. She will also make sure that the current information is provided to the President and the Public Relations Coordinator so that the website can be maintained and to the Secretary/Treasurer for record keeping.
Public Relations Coordinator
The Public Relations Coordinator will maintain the website in conjunction with the President. She will also coordinate speakers and topics for the monthly meetings.
